I mean visible and enabled if all stage’s enabled/visible (default setting). This is for the user to set up the layout conveniently. Otherwise, the user need to change all component’s stage enabled/visible to on.

The following is the filter criteria that will be implemented:

If there is empty (no emails or roles) in the “Stages”, the stage enabled/visible applies to all login users.

If there are not empty (has emails or roles) in the “Stages”, the component will only be enabled/visible to the login user email and role in the “Stages”. The component will always be invisible to other login users (email and role) that is not in the “Stages”.

If component’s stage enabled/visible both are not set (both gray out), the component always is enabled and visible to all login users.

For the first time data input, all components are enabled and visible. Because assume the stage is 0.

This can be problematic coz fields supposed to be only editable in stage 2 or later stage can then be editable at initial stage. This is a bit counter-intuitive.
